This collection of work was created for an exhibition in Iceland in 2021 at Gallerí Göng. The inspiration for this show are folktales, ancient beings and Norse mythology. Iceland has a fascinating culture rich with stories, ancient seers, ice giants and elves are among some of the subjects explored.
This was a joint show with my friend Amy Alice Riches, we each tackled the same subject matter in different ways and in different mediums - I worked in charcoal while Amy painted in oils.
